I'm thrilled to introduce my latest project, "The Rich Minimalist," a free publication that I just launched on Substack.
The objective of The Rich Minimalist style is to work towards a healthy, free and happy life. We achieve this by prioritizing our health, reducing our materialistic and monetary needs, and re-focusing on a more frugal and minimalist lifestyle.
The Rich Minimalist is an extension of my work here on Happiness Ride. I'd like to invite you to join me on an exploration that combines a healthy and conscious lifestyle based on simplicity with abundance—and I can't wait to share why this journey matters so much to me.
The Rich Minimalist is entirely for free.
Over the years, writing for Happiness Ride, I've shared my passion for health and (financial) freedom in the pursuit of happiness. I really enjoy this and will continue this.
Yet, I noticed something missing in the broader conversation about minimalism. For many, minimalism is about restriction, cutting back, or living with less for its own sake. But in my experience, true richness comes not from deprivation, but from consciously choosing what adds value and joy to life.
I launched The Rich Minimalist to dig deeper into this intersection—where having less doesn't mean missing out, but rather making space for everything that truly lights us up. It's about redefining wealth: not by counting possessions, but by cultivating freedom, creativity, and genuine connection--with nature, people, and life.
When you subscribe to The Rich Minimalist, you'll receive authentic essays, reflections, and practical tips drawn straight from my own journey, which will revolve a lot around minimalist lifestyle, things that really count in fitness and nutrition, vanlife and tiny house tips, tricks and hacks.
My goal is to share not only the lessons that have enriched my life, but also the honest challenges and imperfect moments along the way. Expect stories about the freedom I've found in letting go, inspiration for cultivating creativity, and ideas for making every day feel intentional and meaningful.
You'll also find:
(Potentially philosophical) deep dives on reframing what it means to be "rich" and fulfilled.
Personal insights into how simplifying has transformed my work, relationships, and daily routines.
Invitations to reflect, experiment, and share your own perspectives as part of a growing minimalist community.
Whether you're already embracing minimalism or just curious about a simpler, more meaningful path, this publication is for anyone ready to challenge the "more is better" mindset. If you've felt overwhelmed by too much stuff, too many commitments, or the constant push to achieve more, I hope my writing offers clarity, encouragement, and practical guidance.
This isn't about denying yourself—it's about reclaiming time, attention, and space for what you love. If you're craving less noise and more substance, you're in the right place.
My articles are usually short and easy to consume (around 1000 words in length). I publish them roughly weekly and send monthly email newsletters.
My promise is to show up as myself—vulnerable, honest, and passionate about building a life that feels rich in all the ways that matter.
I invite you to join The Rich Minimalist as a subscriber on Substack (click the button below).
It's free to sign up, and I promise that my articles and email newsletter will stay free. I do offer also a paid plan with a range of additional benefits--like private DM consulting, free resources, or discounts to my other products.
If you have any questions, feel free to contact me.
